Patrick is an experienced host and speaker, hosting regular cheese and wine tastings for the public and corporate clients.

He has hosted tastings for clients including Eurostar, the British Library, The Edinburgh Science Festival, The Big Feastival, The Restaurant Show, Peter’s Yard and The Wines & Spirits Education Trust, among others.

PRESENTING

Patrick is also an experienced presenter and moderator at food events, awards and conferences. He has presented the World Cheese Awards in Switzerland, the Affineur of the Year competition in London and the European Farmhouse and Artisan Cheese conference in Oslo. He is also an advisor to the EU’s More Than Only Food & Drink campaign.
